Adding my two cents: How's your energy been lately. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
