Refill gap starting today, how do you bridge it?

Down 21 lbs since starting and I just realized my next refill won't arrive until next week, so I'm staring down a several-day gap. For those of you who've hit a stretch without your meds, did you notice hunger or cravings creeping back, and how did you get through it? Any food strategies or mindset tricks that made the wait easier would be really appreciated.

Had a similar gap last year and the food noise came back around day 3 for me, way worse than day 1. Protein-heavy meals and a big water bottle nearby got me through without undoing anything. Hang in there, one week off didn't cost me any of my progress.

Congrats on the 21, that's real progress. My gap hit around day 4 when the snack thoughts got loud, so I prepped extra protein and kept busy evenings since that was my weakest window. A few days off didn't cost me anything either - the scale was fine once I was back on.

Down 38 myself and hit a 5-day gap over the holidays - day 3 was definitely my noisy day too. I leaned on the same habits I built early on instead of fighting the cravings head on, and the scale hadn't moved against me by the time the refill showed up. A few days off won't erase 21 lbs of work.

Congrats on the 21 lost. I had about a week between vials myself around the same mark, and the hunger stayed pretty quiet until the back half. What saved me was keeping my usual meals boring and predictable - same lunch, same dinner, no decisions to make. By the time the new shipment landed I felt ready for it again and the scale barely blinked.

At 65 lbs down I've hit a couple of shipping gaps and the hunger came back more as noise than real appetite, mostly evenings. I drank a lot of sparkling water and kept my hands busy so I wouldn't graze. A few days off never undid anything once I restarted.

I had a similar stretch on Wegovy around my 25 lb mark and the cravings showed up mostly as evening snack noise, not full-on hunger. What got me through was front-loading protein at breakfast so I wasn't white-knuckling it by dinner. When the refill came I picked the dose right back up where I left off and nothing about the stall or the scale acted weird.

Lost about 40 lbs so far and had two shipping delays like this. My evenings were the rough part too, so I leaned on protein-heavy dinners and just accepted the snack noise would be there without treating it as failure. A short gap never cost me anything on the scale.

At 39 lbs down I've had one gap like this and the evening grazing urge was the worst part too. I prepped big salads with chicken so I had something filling ready when the snack noise hit, and told myself it was just a few days, not a relapse. The scale didn't punish me for it once I was back on.

Down 50 on Mounjaro and I had a five-day gap last winter -- hunger stayed quiet for me but boredom snacking got loud around 9pm. I kept sparkling water and jerky within reach and planned my week's dinners in advance so there was no deciding while tired. A few days off really didn't move my scale at all.
