Just wanted to say, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton.

Following along, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Look how far you've come. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Everyone's different of course.

Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!
