Be supportive
This is a support community first. Disagree with information, not with people. Harassment, shaming, or pile-ons get posts removed and can get an account suspended.
Not medical advice
Nothing here replaces a conversation with a licensed prescriber. Sharing what worked for you is welcome; telling someone to stop or change a prescribed treatment is not.
No vendor solicitation
Advertising, soliciting, or recommending outside vendors or sources outside the dedicated Vendor Reviews forum is not allowed and will be removed. See [Sourcing Rules](/sourcing-rules).
Privacy
Don't post anyone else's personal information. You don't have to use your real name -- most members don't.
Enforcement
The moderator team can edit, remove, or lock posts/threads that break these rules, and can suspend accounts for repeated violations. Report a post using the report link, or reach the team via [Contact](/contact).
