Who runs this
The forum is maintained by a small volunteer moderator team. We don't publish individual moderator names -- questions and reports go to the team as a whole through [Contact](/contact), not to any one person.

Moderation
Reports and flagged posts are reviewed by the moderator team. We remove spam, vendor solicitation, and harassment; we don't remove posts for disagreeing with mainstream medical guidance, though we may add context.
