Switching from brand to compounded and want to get the dose conversion right. How did you approach the transition?

Late to this but The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Onward!

For what it's worth, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Following along, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but How are you finding the higher dose so far. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped.

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hang in there.
