I feel like I might be climbing my titration too fast, but I also don't want to leave results on the table. How did you find the right pace?

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Thanks for sharing this.

Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Everyone's different of course.
