Adding my two cents: Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Hi and welcome, you're in the right place. Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. Everyone's different of course.
