Plateau at current dose, bump or hold?

Restarting titration after a break and not sure whether to start low again or pick up closer to where I left off. Thoughts?

Coming back to this thread, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. You've got this.

Just wanted to say, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. What's your current titration schedule looking like. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Rooting for you.

Same here, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
