Totally agree. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.

Adding my two cents: What's your current titration schedule looking like. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Hang in there.
