The food noise finally went quiet this week and it's honestly a little emotional. Anyone else remember the exact moment it clicked for them on compounded sema?

Totally agree. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. What's your current titration schedule looking like.
