Late to this but Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
