Before and after labs from today: Total cholesterol down 38 points. LDL down 22. Triglycerides down 94. A1C: 6.1 → 5.5. Blood pressure: was 138/88, now 118/76. This is after 7 months and 55 lbs lost. I started on Ozempic for T2D and it's turned into so much more.

Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month.

Honestly, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. The mental side is harder than people admit. This community is the best.

Seconding the hydration advice. I drink at least 80oz a day and it makes a huge difference.

Coming back to this thread — Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there.

Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Onward!

Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Been there — it does get easier I promise.

Honestly, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Did you split your dose or take it all at once.

Just wanted to say, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Everyone's different of course.
