Same here, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing.

Late to this but Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. What helped you push through the plateau. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.
