Honestly, Been there, it does get easier I promise. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer.

Following along, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
