Same here, This made my day to read. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose.
