Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You're doing amazing. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. Keep us posted!

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. The mental side is harder than people admit. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Don't give up — it's worth it. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
