Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Onward!

Late to this but Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. The mental side is harder than people admit. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Incredible progress. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Rooting for you.

Same here — A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
