Same here — Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You've got this.

Same here — A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good.

For what it's worth, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Welcome to the forum, mountaingirl72! Great to hear you've been making good progress since October. Feel free to share what's working for you and what you're considering adding to your routine—lots of members here are navigating the same aging-and-optimization questions. Not medical advice, check with your prescriber.

I just turned 46 and trying to find any way to stop this from being a train wreck lol. Sucks that most things take months to know if they even work. GLPs working on day one was pretty wild. My go to is reta after most of the others giving me stomach pains for the first few days.
