Same here, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Don't give up, it's worth it. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hang in there.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You're doing amazing.

Late to this but Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. We're all in this together. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
