For what it's worth, Don't give up, it's worth it. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected.

Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Such an inspiration honestly. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted!
