I'm month 8 into compounded tirz at 7.5mg and the side effects are finally calming down. Sharing in case anyone earlier in the process needs to hear it gets better.

Maintenance for three months now and holding. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Look how far you've come. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
