I'm month 8 into compounded tirz at 7.5mg and the side effects are finally calming down. Sharing in case anyone earlier in the process needs to hear it gets better.

Maintenance for three months now and holding. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted!

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Don't give up, it's worth it. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Keep us posted!

Just wanted to say, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Look how far you've come. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
