First bigger dose of compounded tirz tomorrow and I'm nervous after reading everyone's week-of-bump stories. Talk me through it?

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. This community is the best.

Reading this and Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady.

Adding my two cents: So proud of you. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, Look how far you've come. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread, Such an inspiration honestly. How's your energy been lately. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

How are you finding the higher dose so far. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Rooting for you.

Popping in today to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I learned not to lie down right after eating. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. This community is the best.
