Borderline personality disorder makes emotional eating a major challenge. My psychiatrist and PCP coordinated to add Ozempic. Six months, down 24 lbs — and I'm learning to sit with feelings instead of eating them.

Adding my two cents: The mental side is harder than people admit. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Hang in there.
