Honestly, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Keep going, seriously. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. This made my day to read. So glad I'm not alone in this.
