Same here, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Restarting titration after a long break
For what it's worth, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Hang in there.
