My appetite suppression on compounded tirz seems to be fading a few days after each shot. Is that normal or a sign I need to adjust?

Coming back to this thread, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped.

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.

Maintenance for three months now and holding. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you.
