compounded tirz at 7.5mg - side effects easing up as of today

Side effects finally easing up as of today on Mounjaro. Sharing for anyone earlier in the process who needs to hear it gets better.

Has your sleep changed at all since starting. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days.

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.
