Late to this but Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose.

When your family doesn't understand why you're on medication
Reading this today and The mental side is harder than people admit. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Hang in there.

Restarting titration today after a break
Totally agree. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
