Restarting titration today after a break

After a few weeks off due to some rough stomach issues, I'm starting my titration over from the lowest dose today and honestly I'm nervous about whether the nausea will come back. Has anyone else restarted after a break and found the side effects easier or worse the second time around? I've kept 24 lbs off so far and really don't want to lose momentum, but my body clearly needed the pause.

I had to take a similar break for stomach problems and dreaded restarting, but my second go was way gentler than the first round. Keeping meals small and bland those first couple weeks helped me a lot. Congrats on holding that 24 during the pause, that says a lot.

Second round was milder for me too when I restarted on Mounjaro after a GI rough patch, the initial nausea never came back like it did the first time. I went slow with the low dose and let my stomach set the pace. And honestly, keeping 24 lbs off during a break is the part most people fail at, so you're doing better than you think.

Restarted once myself after a GI break and the nausea never hit like it did round one, so hoping that holds for you too. Small plain meals early on made the difference for me. And holding nearly two dozen pounds through a pause is no small thing, be proud of that.

I restarted on Trulicity after a break too and the second round was noticeably easier, my body seemed to remember the routine. I stuck to plain small meals the first week and that kept things calm. And keeping 24 lbs off while you healed is the hard part, so momentum is still yours.

My restart on Saxenda after a break went easier than my first stretch too, though I took the low end slow for a week just in case. Sounds like your stomach got the reset it needed, and that 24 lbs staying put through it says a lot.

Down 35 myself and had to pause once too, and my restart went way smoother than the first go around. The nausea showed up as more of a whisper than a wall. Sounds like your stomach already did the hard part by healing, so trust it to set the pace again.

Mine came back milder the second time too, more of a queasy background hum than the full knock-out I got the first run. I kept eating tiny bland meals the first few days and that seemed to settle things faster. Holding 15 lbs myself through a rough patch, so I get the nervousness, but the break usually helps more than it hurts.

Third restart here and same story, way easier than the first time. The 24 lbs staying put through your break is a good sign your habits are doing more work than you give them credit for. I found sipping ginger tea those first days helped me too.

Restarted after my own GI break and the second round was easier for me too, I think because my body knew what was coming. I leaned on crackers and broth the first few days and kept my 38 lb loss intact through the whole pause. Momentum isn't just the med, it's the habits you built while off it.

Restarted after a stomach-related break too, and second time around was noticeably gentler for me. Small bland meals early on made a real difference. Your body already handled the worst part once, so give it credit.

Had to restart at 2.5 myself after a GI rough patch and the second go-round was way gentler for me too, barely any nausea compared to the first time. I stuck to plain foods those first few days like others said and it paid off. Your 24 lbs holding through the break says your body's in a good spot already.

Restarted twice myself and both times the nausea was milder than the first run, so I'd bet yours follows the same pattern. My 45 lb loss has survived two breaks now, which honestly taught me the maintenance habits matter more than I thought. Bland meals and small portions got me through the first week back.

On my second tirzepatide restart now and both times the stomach stuff was way milder than the original go, so I'd expect the same for you. I stuck to bland food the first week back and my 53 lb loss never budged during my own break either. Those habits you built while off are carrying more of the load than you realize.

Second time back was gentler for me too, mostly just mild queasiness the first few days instead of the full misery. I ate small bland meals and sipped ginger tea, and my 28 lb loss stayed put through my own pause. Give yourself grace the first week, your body remembers the routine.

My restart after a two-month break was noticeably easier than the first time around, mostly just a queasy evening here and there that first week. Keeping meals tiny and boring helped me, and my 32 lb loss held fine through the pause. Sounds like your body already knows the drill.

I had to restart my Rybelsus after a rough stretch too and the second go was way easier, mostly just a queasy evening here and there. The 43 lbs I'd lost held steady through my break since the eating habits stuck. Sounds like yours will too given you kept the routine going.

Restarted from the bottom myself after a break for stomach trouble and the second run was much kinder than the first, mostly a queasy evening or two. My 46 lb loss stuck around fine during the downtime because the smaller portions were already habit by then. Sounds like yours will hold too since you kept the momentum through the pause.

Second runs have been gentler for me too, and I think it's because the portion habits don't take a break even when the med does. I restarted low after GI trouble last year and only had a couple rough mornings before things settled. Your 24 lbs staying put during the pause is a good sign the foundation is still there.

I restarted lower after GI trouble on my Ozempic run and the second pass was easier too, probably because my stomach had time to settle and my eating habits stayed put. Down 41 lbs myself and a pause didn't undo anything, so your 24 holding through the break is a great sign. Small portions and slow ramp-up got me through the rough mornings early on.
