Stuck on a plateau and torn between bumping the dose and just waiting it out. What broke the stall for you?

Reading this and Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. You've got this.

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Onward!

Following along, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Thanks for sharing this.
