Reading this and Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. You've got this.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Keep us posted!

Reading this today and Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
