How slow is too slow on titration?

My prescriber wants me to jump two dose levels at once and I'm hesitant after everything I've read here. Anyone done that smoothly?

How are you finding the higher dose so far. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Hang in there.

Adding my two cents: Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected.

For what it's worth, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Onward!
