Shipping times - what's realistic?
Just wanted to say, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Same boat over here, coverage has been a moving target. So glad I'm not alone in this.

6-month log: updated every Sunday
Popping in today to say, Old jeans from years ago fit again. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
