Shipping times - what's realistic?

Down 44 lbs since starting this journey, but now that I need a refill I'm realizing I have no clue what a normal shipping window looks like. My last order took about ten days from payment to doorstep, which felt slow but maybe that's just how it goes? For those of you who've ordered multiple times, what's been your typical turnaround?
