Late to this but I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but How are you finding the higher dose so far. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, What helped you push through the plateau. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. What helped you push through the plateau. Onward!

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hang in there.
