Titration question before I dose tonight

Restarting titration today after a break and not sure whether to start low again. Thoughts?

Checking in this morning, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this.
