My prescriber wants me to jump two dose levels at once and I'm hesitant after everything I've read here. Anyone done that smoothly?

Late to this but Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: How are you finding the higher dose so far. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

For what it's worth, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there.

Late to this but Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Onward!

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Onward!

Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Onward! Everyone's different of course.
