The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you.

Late to this but Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. This community is the best.

For what it's worth, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
