Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. How's your energy been lately. You've got this.

For what it's worth, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
