Thinking about holding at my current dose an extra month to let side effects settle. Did staying put longer work out for you?

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

For what it's worth, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Rooting for you.

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.
