The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Rooting for you.

Popping in today to say, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
