Titration schedule - climbing too fast?

I held an extra four weeks at one step during my own loss and the suppression never dipped - the only thing that changed was the nausea fading. No trophy for climbing faster, and staying put let me actually enjoy eating normal meals again.

Held an extra month myself at one point and the scale kept moving anyway, down 39 lbs now. The nausea quieted down during those weeks and suppression never wavered. If it's still doing its job, I say give your body the extra time.

I stalled at 5 for an extra five weeks myself, down 23 lbs so far and it didn't slow anything. Worst part was the queasiness finally backing off around week three of the hold. Long as the appetite control's still there, no rush to move up.

I stretched a hold once too and my loss didn't skip a beat - down 45 lbs overall now. The queasy days were the first thing to go during those extra weeks, and appetite control stayed right where it was. No prize for getting to the next step early.

Adding my data point: I stretched one hold for weeks and dropped another 8 lbs during it, plus my stomach finally settled. If the appetite quiet is still there for you, the extra month costs you nothing.

Held an extra stretch myself around the same point and lost another 6 lbs while waiting, appetite suppression never budged. The nausea easing off was the biggest win of staying put. Not seeing any reason to rush if it's still working for you.

I did the same thing on 2.5 for longer than planned and the nausea faded while the scale kept moving - part of my 14 down happened during that hold. No rush from my experience.
