What nobody told me before I started: the first 3 days after each injection are rough, and then it gets dramatically better by day 5-6. I used to dread injection day. Now I know to schedule light meals on injection day, drink a ton of water, and the worst is over in 72 hours.

Just wanted to say, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Coming back to this thread — Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Rooting for you.

Honestly, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Rooting for you.

Reading this and Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. You've got this.
