What nobody told me before I started: the first 3 days after each injection are rough, and then it gets dramatically better by day 5-6. I used to dread injection day. Now I know to schedule light meals on injection day, drink a ton of water, and the worst is over in 72 hours.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Hang in there.
