Compounding pharmacy deep dive: I've now used 4 different pharmacies over 18 months. Two were excellent (fast turnaround, great COAs, consistent results). One was mediocre. One was concerning enough that I stopped after one order. The variance is real — do your research.

Starting the weight-loss log here because I need accountability. Starting weight: 278 lbs. Goal: 195 lbs. Week 1 on 0.25mg semaglutide. No real side effects yet, just a slightly off stomach on injection day. Will update every Monday.

Adding my two cents: Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
