Popping in today to say, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Onward!

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, How are you finding the higher dose so far. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days.

For what it's worth, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Thanks for sharing this.
