Coming back to this thread, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Look how far you've come. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: You're doing amazing. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
