Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

Adding my two cents: That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, How are you finding the higher dose so far. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Thanks for sharing this.

Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Reading this and You're doing amazing. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there.

Adding my two cents: I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
