Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

Same here, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Been there — it does get easier I promise. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Keep us posted!
