Month 4 update: 32 lbs down, new relationship with food

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Onward!

Checking in this morning, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. This community is the best.

Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. This community is the best.
