Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Onward!

Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
