Adding my two cents: Stay the course. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. You've got this.

Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Rooting for you.

For what it's worth, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Everyone's different of course.

Stay the course. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. So glad I'm not alone in this.
