Coming back to this thread, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this and The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep going, seriously.

Late to this but Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this and The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Thanks for sharing this.

For what it's worth, You're doing amazing. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
